Molly McFadden & Friends to Perform Classics from the American Songbook at Creative 360
– On Friday August 23, at 7:00 PM Creative 360 is thrilled to host a special evening of timeless music with Molly McFadden and Friends on the stage at 5501 Jefferson Ave. The group, featuring pianist David Smith and bassist Roland Wallace, will perform a selection of beloved standards from the American Songbook captivating audiences with their renditions of classic tunes.
Molly McFadden, a talented vocalist and actress who has spent her life performing throughout the country, and who is known for her smooth and soulful interpretations, will be joined by an ensemble that promises to deliver an unforgettable experience, bringing to life the works of legendary composers such as George Gershwin, Cole Porter, Irving Berlin, and many more. It is a perfect opportunity for music lovers of all ages to enjoy some of the most cherished melodies in American music history.
McFadden, former owner of Molly’s Bistro, also returns to Midland to bring her passion project “Living on the Moon” to the community in a performance at the Midland Center for the Arts. The piece focuses on raising awareness of Alzheimer’s disease using storytelling and puppetry. A story that dramatizes her journey caring for her mother with Alzheimer’s and her current experience facing a diagnosis that could progress to Alzheimer’s.
