Executive Director
Full Time
We are seeking an Executive Director who can lead with both strategic vision and creative spirit. This role calls for a dynamic and experienced leader who brings strong business acumen, operational expertise, and a track record of effective management. At the same time, the ideal candidate embraces innovation, values artistic expression, and understands the transformative power of creativity in building community. Balancing structure with imagination, this individual will guide the organization into its next chapter of growth and impact. Marketing and Media Management:
Part-Time (15-20 hours per week)
Creative 360 is seeking a creative individual with excellent project management skills and a keen attention to detail to manage our marketing and media efforts. This includes, but is not limited to: social media, internal and external event marketing, newsletters, and advertising. The ideal candidate will have experience with Canva, Facebook, Instagram, iMovie, and the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word. The Marketing and Media Manager will report directly to the Executive Director and will work closer with the Program Directors and the Office Manager. There may be an opportunity for transition to a hybrid work position after training. Art Teachers for Workshops and Specialty Classes:
Part-Time (2-6 hours per month)

Current Volunteer Needs:
Grounds Maintenance: Help beautify our building at 5501 Jefferson Ave. Enjoy some fresh air while working in the Community Garden or maintaining our flower beds.
