Creative 360 offers a remarkable and colorful environment for you and your guests to enjoy any event or celebration. The building is designed by architect Alden B. Dow with a gallery that hosts an ever-changing exhibit. The movement room is also available to support smaller gatherings. Our gallery can accommodate up to 150 people (this is currently COVID-19 restricted to a maximum of 52 dependent upon the number of seated family groups). You may bring in your own food and refreshments or select the caterer of your choice, however current COVID-19 restrictions require that all food and beverage is consumed while guests are seated at assigned tables. There is a stage, a small kitchen (no stove) directly off the gallery, and audiovisual equipment available for rental (see below). You have access to a full-service kitchen in our lower level. Work with Creative 360 staff and this gallery blueprint to plan your event set-up which is included as part of your rental.
This room accommodates up to 30 people (this is currently COVID-19 restricted to 18 people). It features two walls of mirrors, a low-impact dance floor, and padded seating. The room is perfect for dance clubs and classes, fitness programs, recitals and rehearsals. It is the only room where food and drink are not permitted, but they may be served just outside in the art room (please see above for COVID-19 related food and beverage requirements).
Rental fees cover the cost of the room, event set up and tear down, WiFi and on-site assistance during your event.
- $100 for the first hour; $50 for each additional hour
- $100 per hour for each hour past midnight
- $35-50 per hour for the Movement Room depending on the day and time of the rental. Please call for details.
A non-refundable deposit (1/3 the rental total) is due at booking, along with a $100 refundable cleaning and damage deposit. You can also prearrange to have Creative 360 do the clean up for an additional $100. Additionally, all renters must sign a damage waiver upon final payment.
This $200 yearly membership entitles your nonprofit group/organization 12 free or reduced rate rentals, depending on room availability, throughout your membership year. Creative 360 will be happy to discuss the details with our fellow non-profits.
Clean Up Policy
Renters are responsible for clean-up and garbage disposal using their own cleaning supplies and trash bags. There is a vacuum cleaner available for your use onsite. The $100 cleaning deposit paid at the time of booking will be returned if you clean according to our policy and if the facility is left as it was found. You may alternatively pay $100 at time of booking if you would like us to do the clean-up.
Tablecloths include your choice of white, navy blue, or red and white checked at a cost of $50. (Please leave tablecloths on tables at the end of your rental).
