Creative 360 offers a remarkable and colorful environment for members and their guests to enjoy any event or celebration. The building was designed by architect Alden B. Dow with a gallery that hosts an ever-changing exhibit. The movement room is also available to support smaller gatherings. Call us at 989-837-1885 or email with questions and to arrange your rental.

Our gallery can accommodate a guest list of up to 100 people (a maximum of 82 for a seated event). You may bring your own food and refreshments or select the caterer of your choice. There is a stage, a small kitchen (no stove) directly off the gallery, and audiovisual equipment available (see below). Work with Creative 360 staff and this gallery blueprint to plan your event set-up which is included as part of your rental.
Rental fees cover the cost of the room, table and chair set-up, WiFi and on-site assistance during your event.

We are not available for rentals on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day weekend, July 4th observed, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
In addition to the rental charges, there is a $100 basic set-up fee for parties with up to 50 guests. This includes up to 10 round tables with 5 chairs each, 6 high-top style tables with stools, and up to four long tables. Large party set-ups (51-100) have an additional $50 fee and use of the outdoor space is an additional $100. Please note that Creative 360 does not have outdoor seating available but we do have a business arrangement with Jamison's Party Rentals for outdoor tents and seating options.
Rental fees cover the cost of the room, indoor table and chair set-up, WiFi and on-site assistance during your event. We can provide table linens in cream or navy and there is an AV system (screen, projector, Bluetooth enabled sound system and microphones) available at no additional charge upon request.
A non-refundable down payment of $100 is due at the time of booking with 50% of the total cost due 60 days prior to the event. Cancellations that occur within 60 days of the event will forfeit the down payment and the 50% payment.
A damage deposit of between $200-$500 is required on the day of the event and will be returned upon inspection of the event space.
Our alcohol policy varies with the size and type of event. Please contact Creative 360 for details.
This room accommodates up to 30 people. It features two walls of mirrors, a low-impact dance floor, and padded seating. The room is perfect for dance clubs and classes, fitness programs, recitals and rehearsals. It is the only room where food and drink are not permitted.

We have a yearly non-profit membership program that entitles your 501(c)3 nonprofit group/organization to reduced rate rentals throughout your membership year. Creative 360 will be happy to discuss the details with our fellow non-profits.
