Current Openings:
Gallery & Event Assistant: Part Time (10-15 hours per week). Creative 360 is looking for an energetic multitasker to serve as a gallery and event assistant. Duties include assisting the curator with exhibit installations, on site set-up and help for evening and weekend events and arts classes and downtown gallery desk. Must be able to work flexible hours - we can work with your schedule - but availability evenings between 6 - 10 pm and weekends between 12 - 9 pm is required. A typical week schedule might be Tuesday 6-9 pm, Thursday 5-9 pm and Friday 7-10 pm or Saturday 12-6 pm. No specific experience is necessary although familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite is helpful and a willingness to do what needs to be done, from registering event attendees to doing laundry, is important! We are a small and close-knit group, so if you enjoy that kind of family style work environment, you will enjoy working here. Pay is negotiable but please remember that we are a small non-profit and our pay rates reflect this. Office Manager: Full Time (15-20 hours per week). Creative 360 is seeking a friendly, organized, efficient and flexible person to take on the role of office manager. The primary responsibilities will be customer engagement, billing and booking, front office management, event management and program execution. This job requires a great deal of face to face public interaction and phone interaction and this person has the important responsibility of being the 'first face' of Creative 360. Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Word and Excel, is required and the ability to quickly learn billing and booking systems will be important. We are a small operation, so a willingness to step in and lend a hand when needed is critical. If you want to work in a fast-paced environment with a dedicated, warm and hard-working team, this could be the job for you. Wage is commensurate with experience, however please remember that we are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Art Teachers for Artshop: Part Time (1.5-6 hours per week). We are seeking artists who are interested in sharing their knowledge with students in our Artshop program. Artshop offers arts and wellness classes that are open to all students and are designed to be accessible to adult students with physical, emotional, and intellectual disabilities and mental health concerns. Art Teachers for "ART-ertainment" Workshops and Specialty Classes: Part Time (2-6 hours per month). We are seeking artists who have unique and innovative ideas for one-time workshops or series that will be fun for all skill levels. These include our "Learn ____ In One Hour" series.
