If you are curious about yoga, here’s an enjoyable and effective way to discover
its many benefits. Have fun as you explore basic postures, simple breathing
techniques, and your body’s unique needs in this Kripalu yoga class. Gentle
stretching, breathing, and relaxation bring ease and balance into your life.
Janet holds a 200-hour certification in the Kripalu tradition and is currently
pursuing her 500-hour certification.
